The decision to ship nanos with cases is certain to be spurred by recent class actions against the company in the US, UK and Mexico, along with many complaints that the tiny, beautifully-designed music players get scratched easily in normal use. Despite these well-publicised complaints, it''s clear not every nano is affected. On October 12 Apple revealed it had sold one million of the music players in just 17 days.
